Pomerantz Foundation’s 12th Annual Golf Tournament
Thursday, August 22, is when Terry and his team will welcome all participants to the 12th Annual Golf Tournament of the Pomerantz Foundation, which will take place at the prestigious Saint-Raphaël Golf Course, located in Ile Bizard.
2019 Objective: $275,000!
Since its inception in 1991, the Pomerantz family’s Foundation has donated over $2,000,000 to more than 30 non-profit organizations. In the last 11 years, the annual golf tournament of the Foundation alone has helped raise more than $2,000,000!
The objective of the 2019 Golf Tournament of the Pomerantz Foundation is to raise $275,000… and why not… a little more!
The Jewish General Hospital and the Starlight Children’s Foundation
This year, the $275,000 that we will raise thanks to the generosity of participants will be donated entirely to the Jewish General Hospital for its Center for Child Development and Mental Health, and to the Starlight Children’s Foundation, whose mission is to “create priceless smiles and memories for seriously ill children and their families.”
A Tournament in Medieval Colours
Valiant knights and noble dames will rise with great bravery to the 18 challenges of this Great Annual Tourney.
Troubadours, jesters and jugglers will entertain all ye lords and ladies during the whole day, regal midday fare will be provided while a variety of beverages and a celestial repast will caress your taste buds and your bellies at diner time.
Lastly, the victors will receive ovations and attendance awards of great value!
