Good Wines and BBQ Steaks
There is nothing like a fine wine to sip alongside a good steak! Terry Pomerantz recommends to us Italian wines, more particularly wines from Tuscany. “Italian wines are full bodied with good tannins. Drinking a good Tuscan wine while cutting into a fine strip of beef is like tasting the sun!”, delights Terry.
If Terry likes Chiantis such as a Ruffino Riserva Ducale or a 2015 Carpineto Classico, he doesn’t neglect the Montepulciano wines such as the Boscarelli Wineo Nobile, and he particularly likes a Montalcino such as the Castelgiocondo Brunello.
Among Californian wines, Terry recommends a Prisoner and, for a truly special occasion, an Opus!

And if you’re thinking about enjoying a few delicious Frankfurt sausages paired with warm rolls and various condiments, Terry suggest to “savour the hotdogs with a refreshing Coke Classic!”.
